Each site has a Program Director who is a full-time senior SIG staff member working year-round in the Stamford, CT, SIG office. This person coordinates all of the pre-program planning and is available to speak with parents and students who have specific questions about a particular site. |

Each site has a Director who is an experienced educator with both teaching and administrative experience. As a highly trained and talented professional, the director works closely with the staff to provide a safe and stimulating environment for learning. |
| Faculty |
The Summer Institute for the Gifted Day Program faculty is comprised of dedicated professionals from many fields. These professionals include educators of the gifted, professional practitioners, and experts from specific fields. They provide the best possible academic experience for each SIG-DP student. Instructors receive professional support from their Director, an instructor manual, and professional development in gifted education provided by SIG's Program Director for Academics. |

Assistants |
In addition to the faculty, program assistants, who are college students, provide support in the classroom. They assist the instructors in the classroom and act as role models for the students. They also supervise the recreational program. |

| The Galloway School is situated on a 8.2 beautiful acres and the school’s library maintains over 20,000 volumes. |

| Academic Program |
| Courses are taught at levels appropriate
for academically gifted students who will have completed Kindergarten through sixth grade,
covering humanities, mathematics and sciences, and multi-disciplinary
