The SIG program is supported by a multi-tiered staffing structure to ensure the program runs smoothly and the students are supervised at all times. This staff is made up of:

Director
Experienced educators who lead each SIG session

Deans
Experienced administrators and teachers at schools and colleges around the country. Each SIG program has 3 Deans:

• Academic Dean – Supervises the courses, faculty and teaching assistants to ensure the high standards of SIG
• Residential Dean – Oversees all aspects of residential life including easing students into dormitory life. They supervise Housemasters, Resident Assistants and Counselors.
• Student Activities Dean – Oversees activities beyond the academic day including evening programs, Saturday Get-Away trips and special events.

Housemaster
Experienced educators and administrators who manage and supervise a residential house

Resident Assistants and Counselors
Upper-level undergraduate students who have experience working with children

Faculty
SIG Faculty is composed of dedicated professionals from many fields to provide a wealth of diverse experience throughout the program
