Upcoming Events
This upcoming academic year, Scholar Search Associates will team up with a schools, centers and programs for talented students and host a series of Educational Forums. Free of charge and open to any and all intellectually curious students and their families, the Forums will offer presentations covering a range of pertinent educational issues and will showcase local and national resources. The Forum also will provide students a chance to engage in interactive activity sessions. So far, two Forum dates and locations have been confirmed and SIG families are invited to attend:

English Proficiency Testing
International students planning to attend programs in the U.S. may have a need to test their English language proficiency. There are several services that provide language testing, including:
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
TOEFL is a widely recognized English language test used primarily for college admissions. Testing is offered in both internet-based and paper-based formats and results are recognized by more than 7,500 colleges, universities and agencies in over 130 countries.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
IELTS measures true-to-life ability to communicate in English for education, immigration and professional accreditation. It is recognized by almost 6,000 organizations worldwide.
iTEP (International Test of English Proficiency)
ITEP is an Internet-based, general-purpose English assessment tool developed by Boston Educational Services. The test takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and delivers accurate, reliable results.
