Situated on a beautiful, 252-acre suburban campus just 12 miles from New York City, Montclair State University is home to 11 colleges and schools that serve over 21,000 students. The university was founded in 1908 and was recently named by Forbes as New Jersey's best public university.
At Montclair State University, we offer our SIG STEAM+ curriculum that focuses on applying creative thinking across multiple disciplines to solve real-world problems. Through a wide variety of courses incorporating science, technology, engineering, arts, math, humanities, and fitness and recreation, student's learn, have fun, and grow their social, emotional, and academic skills.
**All students must be 6 years of age by June 1 for SIG program enrollment.
