The SIG program is supported by a multi-tiered staffing structure on campus and is composed of the following positions*, with some variation at some campuses:
Director
Experienced professional who oversees all aspects of the program on campus.
Deans
Experienced administrators and educators who supervise:
Academics
Residential Life
Student Activities
Housemasters
Experienced educators and administrators who manage and supervise a residential house of males or females.
Counselors
Undergraduate and graduate students who also function as Teaching Assistants.
Instructors
Local professional teachers from public and independent elementary and secondary schools who commute daily.
Nurse
Nurse resides on campus and is available 24 hours a day.
Office Staff
Administrative staff supports the Director and manages the office. The Academic Assistant supports the Academic Dean.
*All listed staff are residential except for Instructors.
